Records Department

To obtain a copy of a Police Report it will be helpful to have the following information ready:

  • Case Number 

  • Date and Time of Incident

  • Involved Names

FYI:

  • The officer's copy of an accident report cannot be obtained unless your copy has been completed and turned in.  

  • Copies of arrest reports are only available to the victim - ID required.  

  • Defendants must obtain reports from the District Attorney's office.
