Police Records Request


To obtain a copy of a police report, please call the records department at 978.605.2506. It will be helpful to have the following information ready:


  • Case Number
  • Date and Time of Incident
  • Involved Names

    • Please note:


  • An officer's accident report cannot be obtained unless your accident report has been completed and turned in.
  • You can download an accident report form here.
  • Copies of arrest reports are only available to the victim - ID required.
  • Defendants must obtain reports from the District Attorney's office.
