On Tuesday February 19, 2013 at the Community Advisory Council (CAC) meeting, the Beverly Police Department recognized local businesses for their participation in the Sticker Shock program, which was designed to prevent the consumption of alcohol by minors.

This search warrant and arrest was the result of an approximate five week investigation by Beverly Police detectives. Masse is charged with trafficking in cocaine, possession of firearm without a license, possession of ammunition without an FID card, defacing a firearm serial number, and firearms security violation. Masse also had four active warrants for his arrest.

The suspect was described as a white male, possibly 5'8" or 5'9", with a slim build and wearing a red ski mask, blue hooded sweatshirt, dark blue jeans and dark colored gloves. The suspect is believed to have gotten away with approximately $538 in cash.
