Man Arrested for Beverly Hopsital Bomb Threat

On Saturday November 17, 2012 at approximately 3:26 PM the Beverly Police Department responded to Beverly Hospital for a report of a bomb threat. Upon arrival, officers spoke to hospital personnel, who reported that Mark Fuller, 51, of Gloucester, MA, had called to complain about a previous visit to the hospital. During this phone call, Fuller allegedly made reference to an incident that occurred two days earlier, involving bomb threats, saying, “Those people in the paper had the right idea, you should all be punished.” Ashley Galvin, of Beverly, was arrested by the Beverly Police Department on November 15, 2012 for threatening to kill police officers and firefighters and threatening blow up Beverly Hospital, the Beverly police station, and a Beverly fire station. Before hanging up, Fuller allegedly stated, “You deserve to be bombed, and I’m going to see to it!”

Gloucester Police assisted in the apprehension of Fuller, who was arrested without incident in his residence. Fuller is charged with threatening to blow up a hospital.
